Delivery Policy

Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.

We will make every effort to process your order within this time, if this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss the reasons behind any delay.

Shipping

Unless requested, we ship our products using Royal Mail. This will depend on the item being shipped and if it requires tracking.

Most items will take 2-3 days to be delivered once shipped, but please be aware that once it's in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive.

Shipping costs will generally depend on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing, the cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout. Our shipping costs are based on the packaging and delivery company used, we do the best we can to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

If delivery costs are not calculated correctly, we will contact you to refund the overpayment where applicable.
