A soothing infusion with comforting Chamomile, St Johns wort and passion flower to ease away stress and anxiety.
With the delicate addition of Lavender and lemon for a fresh flavour,
relaxation and sleep-improving benefits.
Directions: Use 1 teaspoon per cup in your tea infuser, and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Add milk or plant-based substitute as required.
