History
Facial steaming or steam inhalation is a remedy that dates back to the Egyptians. A traditional, simple, but effective way to help relieve headaches, blocked sinuses, and improve skin.
A calming ritual to help ease stress and anxiety, switching off from the world's distractions, quietening the mind, and Inhaling the therapeutic benefits of nature.
Directions for use -
Cleanse the skin before use. Add around 1- 2 teaspoons of the herbal blend to a large bowl of boiling water. Lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head.
Breathe deeply and enjoy the calming steam for up to 15 minutes.
