Lavender is one of the most well known and used essential oils. Its soothing and calming effect makes it ideal for all ages. A delicate floral fragrance, used for thousands of years for its perfume and therapeutic properties
Lavender oil can be applied neatly to the skin to help different problems, but always do a small sensitivity test when using it for the first time.

- Add to lotion or oil to relieve sunburn
- Add to a cold compress to relieve swollen areas, sprains, burns and migraines
- Add to a warm compress to soothe menstrual cramps, toothache and earache
- Add a few drops to a spray bottle of water for a cooling, calming, antibacterial spritz
